• May or may not currently employ a 'Sales Manager'
• Believe their sales could improve with improved focus

We will present to you a proposal of which services may help to meet the needs of your business and then you can choose to take the next steps involved in growing your business.

Sales Process

Every sales follows a process even if you are not aware of it.  When you are not aware then the process is out of control.  From the point of identifying the prospect through to the collection of the funds and the next sale is a process.  We will work with you to map this process and then show you the measurement system.

Sales Measurement

Sales measurement is about measuring the process BEFORE the sale is made.  If you have ever struggled to understand when the order is going to arrive then this is for you.  Imagine if as a result of the sales meeting or the sales reports you could know which orders where coming in next week (month or year) and which orders would never arrive.

Sales Effectiveness
